Krisztina is originally from Hungary, where she spent most of her life until she received a scholarship to the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore. She is currently studying Environmental Studies and Economics along with French. She has been involved with the CSE since her freshman year, when she was awarded a summer grant for a social entrepreneurship course she co-facilitated with three other Middlebury students in Mexico last summer. She has done research with Professor Isham on metrics for evaluating social impact initiatives. She is also interning with the Programs on Creativity and Innovation (PCI) programs at the College.

In summer 2013, Krisztina did an internship with the Andean Alliance for Sustainable Development in Peru. She helped to research, design and prototype potential models for connecting local producers with markets in the Sacred Valley and Cusco using business development and human-centered design strategies.
